About The Position
American Swim Academy®'s Senior Management team is looking for a career-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Dublin. The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects. American Swim Academy® has been the Bay Area's trusted swim instruction facility for over 45 years. About Us American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction . Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. Requirements
- Service-driven management experience
- Experience in aquatics or recreation
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
- Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff
- Responsible for teaching classes and in-water training
