About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a SWIFT Application Developer for a hybrid role supporting critical SWIFT payment applications for a Global Financial Institution. The position is a 12+ month contract opportunity, focusing on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of SWIFT products. The role operates within an Agile project delivery framework and requires adherence to risk, regulatory, and compliance standards. The developer will also be responsible for application-related documentation and supporting applications on AiX or Linux operating systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SWIFT Payments products
- 3+ years of experience with applications running on AiX or Linux operating systems
- 1+ years of experience with Agile project delivery, including tools like Jira
- 3+ years of experience managing application documentation for risk, regulatory, and compliance purposes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with infrastructure upgrade or replacement projects
- Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format
- Knowledge of emerging and realtime payment processing formats (e.g., US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now)
- Experience with software development and testing
- Experience with Python
Responsibilities
- Install patches, maintain, troubleshoot, and test SWIFT products including SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, and SWIFT Web Platform
- Manage the completion of application-related documentation to meet risk, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Support applications running on AiX or Linux operating systems
- Participate in Agile project delivery and ceremonies
