Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading field operations, facilities services, transportation, landscaping, sweeping, or related service-based operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews, routes, and customer accounts.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising overnight or third-shift operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, GPS systems, and operational software.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Manage all third-shift sweeping operations within the assigned service area.
  • Direct and coordinate multiple crews to ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and oversee service delivery for designated accounts.
  • Conduct quality inspections, customer site visits, and service audits to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coach, train, and develop Sweeping Drivers and field personnel.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining operational employees.
  • Enforce company safety programs, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance needs with mechanics and equipment vendors to ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage and optimize nightly routing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and service quality.
  • Utilize GPS, fleet management, routing, work-order, and company technology platforms to monitor operations and performance.
  • Support operational needs across multiple markets as required.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, service documentation, inspections, and reporting.
  • Partner with branch leadership and administrative teams to support billing, customer communications, and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
