About The Position

The Swedish Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist will be part of the Risk & Anti Money Laundering (AML) assessment team in 'MS Operations in Onboarding & AML'. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new merchant businesses. The team provides high-quality, efficient, and customer-driven onboarding and AML services.

Requirements

Fluent Swedish (minimum C1) and fluent English (B2) speaking and writing skills.
Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, and effective manner.
Experience in communicating and explaining the reasoning behind processes.
Ability to think analytically and detect risks.
Basic computer handling skills.
Result-oriented, service-minded, self-driven, and flexible.
Fast learner with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Payment products/card services or KYC/AML/Compliance.

Responsibilities

Participate in internal product meetings in Swedish and English.
Handle customer card applications professionally, positively, and effectively.
Complete administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures.
Perform risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
Control and handle ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and other relevant AML tasks.
Provide customer service and ensure high quality solutions for LAKA, Partner, and SME DK/NO customers.
Advise and service customers.
Provide excellent communication and expertise to explain complex matters.
