About The Position

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Elm Grove, Louisiana facility. The job involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining SWD equipment such as pumps, valves, and tanks. The operator will safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks, conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance, and accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite at all times, following all environmental and safety protocols, and communicating effectively with coworkers and drivers are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
