About The Position

A Best Buy SWAT Product Flow Specialist ensures inventory integrity in the store using inventory adjustments and data collection tools. The specialist completes and communicates stock counts accurately, identifies and communicates high-shrink categories, and follows up with leadership to resolve replenishment issues after identifying their root causes. The role includes executing the inventory integrity process, completing assigned daily inventory tasks, and communicating and coaching employees and leadership about inventory integrity and identified process gaps. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift or maneuver 50–100 pounds, with or without accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Three months of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute the inventory integrity process from end to end.
• Complete assigned daily inventory tasks.
• Accurately complete and communicate stock counts.
• Identify, determine, and communicate high-shrink categories.
• Identify root causes of replenishment issues and follow up with leadership until they are resolved.
• Communicate and coach store employees and leadership on inventory integrity and identified process gaps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
