About The Position

A Best Buy SWAT Product Flow Specialist ensures inventory integrity in the store through inventory adjustments and data collection tools. The specialist consistently and accurately completes and communicates stock counts, identifies and communicates high-shrink categories, and follows up with leadership to resolve replenishment issues after identifying their root causes.

The role also includes completing daily inventory tasks and coaching store employees and leadership about inventory integrity and identified process gaps. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift or maneuver 50–100 pounds, with or without accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Three months of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute the inventory integrity process from end to end.
• Complete assigned daily inventory tasks.
• Communicate and coach store employees and leadership on the importance of inventory integrity and identified process gaps.
• Complete and communicate stock counts accurately and consistently.
• Identify and communicate high-shrink categories.
• Identify root causes of replenishment issues and follow up with leadership until the issues are resolved.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
