  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in: Sales Enablement including sales strategy, effectiveness, support, and engagement Project Management including the ability to identify risks and provide potential solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver against desired objectives Communication including strong written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
  • Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and enablement of Southwest Business objectives and strategies through events, training, communication, and Customer insights.
  • Support the Southwest Business event vision, budget, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking while ensuring each experience aligns with strategy and furthers Customer engagement.
  • Enhance the Departments sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the market through training that enables the Team to adapt to and remain competitive in the ever-changing B2B Sales landscape.
  • Initiate and lead consistent efforts to develop tools, resources, and communications to enhance revenue performance and productivity both internally and across B2B Customer segment groups.
  • Build brand advocates both internally and externally by engaging the Department and Customers in events and programs to advance business objectives, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Serve as a sales enablement resource for the Sales Team throughout the selling cycle and manage projects when needed
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
