About The Position

JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work by building AI-native digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The company is starting with lending and due-diligence workflows and plans to build the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries. This is an early-stage, hard, and consequential role for individuals who want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes. SAIGroup, a private investment firm, has committed $1B to build and scale next-generation, AI-powered enterprise software companies and provides JazzX AI with long-term capital, deep operating expertise, and access to real-world enterprise scale. The SVP, Product is the most senior product executive at JazzX, responsible for the AGI platform, all vertical and domain-specific applications, user experience, and the product and design organization. This role leads product strategy, product management, and commercialization in close partnership with GTM, Delivery, and Engineering. The responsibilities include defining what JazzX builds, how it is experienced, how it is packaged and priced, how it is positioned and sold, and how it scales through reusable product capabilities. This is a full-stack product leadership role with ownership across both inbound (strategy, roadmap, requirements, experience design, evaluation, release readiness, and quality) and outbound (market strategy, packaging and pricing, positioning, launch planning, field enablement, and adoption) product management. The role inherits a live platform, a production-deployed mortgage solution, active customers, and a strong pipeline. The position reports to the CEO and has a scope of driving business growth, category leadership, and platform and product success across multiple verticals, starting with mortgage and commercial lending, initially in the US and then globally. The team consists of approximately 20 product and design leaders, expected to scale significantly, with distributed teams across the US and India, and planned global expansion.
