SVP, Product Management, Origination

Nymbus, Inc.
$165,000 - $180,000Remote

About The Position

The SVP, Product Management, Origination role owns the products and experiences that enable banks and credit unions to attract, acquire, onboard, and deepen relationships with new and existing customers and members — spanning digital deposit account opening and eLending. This is not a traditional product management role. You operate with four capabilities simultaneously: strategic product leadership, people leadership, deep banking origination expertise, and AI-first execution. You are expected to be a hands-on subject matter expert who understands how banks and credit unions acquire customers and members, originate accounts and loans, manage risk and compliance throughout the application lifecycle, and integrate origination platforms into the broader banking ecosystem. You should be equally comfortable discussing market strategy with an executive team, walking through an application funnel with a client, diagnosing friction in an onboarding workflow, and working with product and engineering teams to determine what needs to change. The Origination domain encompasses the technology, workflows, integrations, and experiences required to turn a prospect into an active banking customer or credit union member.
