The salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$190,000.00 and bonus potential. The determination of title (i.e. Vice President or Senior Vice President) will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and other considerations obtained during the interview process. We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Leader of Credit Risk and Originations to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will lead the credit risk and originations operations for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Requirements

Over 10 years of relevant experience in consumer or specialty finance lending.
Executive-level oversight of credit policy, underwriting, and loan origination operations.
Solid track record in risk-based pricing and portfolio performance management across various credit spectrums, including prime, non-prime, and sub-prime markets.
Proven capability to scale lending platforms within high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in credit risk and portfolio management.
At least 5-7 years leading and developing mid and senior level managers.
Strong understanding of capital partnerships.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with forward flow programs, capital market relationships, and structured finance, particularly in powersports, auto, or adjacent asset classes.

Responsibilities

Lead the credit risk and originations operations for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets.
Oversee credit policy, underwriting performance, and processing operations, ensuring alignment with our core values of Serve & Help, Teamwork & Communication, and Adaptability.
Lead the originations team, providing coaching, and fostering collaboration to develop a high-performing environment that prioritizes accountability and respect.
Guide the establishment of risk-based pricing frameworks and monitoring portfolio performance against delinquency and loss metrics.
Serve as the primary interface with capital partners and rating agencies, supporting our long-term growth strategy while maintaining integrity throughout our operations.
Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with our capital objectives as we transition to an institutional, scalable lending platform.
Lead and develop mid and senior level managers.
Develop credit policy, underwriting standards, risk appetite, approval frameworks, and risk-based pricing.
Manage portfolios and origination volumes, utilizing metrics such as losses, delinquency, EPD, yield, and portfolio performance.
Present credit strategy, portfolio performance, risk metrics, and business results to investors, capital partners, rating agencies, boards, or other senior stakeholders.
Build, improve, or scale a credit and/or origination organization.
Implement significant credit, pricing, underwriting, or origination strategies and analyze resulting business or portfolio impact.
