This position is primarily responsible for increasing new revenue opportunities by seeking out new national business relationships, associations and strategic partners with potential greater than $10 Million. Primary concentration will be standalone program type business or larger programs & opportunities through existing agency & broker relationships. Contributes to development of sales and marketing strategies and collateral materials and tracks competitive activities. What You'll Do Execute strategy, as determined and directed by EVP, to help grow revenue and volume for national agents. Drive organic and new business activities through network of key contacts serviced by the National Sales team. Attend conference, meetings and other travel as directed by the EVP. Manage, track and grow opportunities with select current national brokers. Manage, track and grow new business and existing opportunities with select associations and other conferences through activities and travel as directed by EVP. Associations may include CIAB, AG, Incite Performance, a/e ProNet, Keystone, etc. and others as determined by EVP. Assist with relationships for Carriers, MGA’s, Program Managers, RRGs, WSIA, Target Market members, Insurtech space and larger aggregators as directed by EVP. Collaborate with both the other national team members as well as regional MD’s and DP’s and RM’s to collectively grow national broker and national associations. This will include promoting visibility and networking at conferences and broker events, in addition to coordination of attendance by DP’s, RM’s and other personnel. Execute tasks for all sales related Strategic Initiatives as assigned by EVP, including but not limited to items for the Large Corporate, Middle Market and Commercial & Consumer Tech Strategic Initiatives This includes broker specific items, best practices, new and current products, special projects, and R&D at conferences and other events.
