About The Position

Leads the US Individual and Group Life Pricing Actuarial organization and is accountable for the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitable growth while maintaining disciplined risk management practices. Oversees the establishment and governance of U.S. specific pricing assumptions, including mortality and persistency. Translates emerging experience, underwriting insights, client-specific characteristics, and market developments into pricing frameworks that support informed business decisions and deliver target returns. Partners closely with Business development, Underwriting, Global Pricing and other global functions, Finance, Treaty and Risk to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and enhance competitive positioning. Provides expert actuarial perspective to executive management on business and pricing performance, emerging trends, strategic initiatives, product innovation, and market opportunities. Leads and develops a high-performing actuarial team, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensures robust governance, operational effectiveness, and alignment with global pricing standards and enterprise objectives.
