This people leader will design and develop community programming that drives strategic outcomes for the firm, including client retention, engagement, and growth, while shaping long-term innovation across digital and in-person experiences. Reporting into senior leadership, this role blends strategic foresight with operational excellence. The SVP will define what client networks and community mean for LPL, set the enterprise vision, and drive execution across digital programming, affinity networks, signature events, and ongoing engagement channels.
