About The Position

As a Strategy Manager, Network Partnerships you will work directly with Chime’s network partners to deliver on the company’s highest priority initiatives. You will own day-to-day partnership operations, optimize network performance, and drive strategic initiatives across product, risk, engineering, and finance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders internally and externally, influence product direction through partner insights, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch. If you enjoy working on high-impact initiatives, navigating complex ecosystems, and building strong relationships, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale. This is a critical role to represent Chime’s strategic growth drivers with our bank and network partners, reporting directly to the Head of Network Partnerships. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and clear, effective communication. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000.00 and up to $185,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across fintech, payments, or financial services (network, issuer, processor, or PSP experience preferred).
  • Ideally, with at least 2+ years of prior experience at a top 3 consulting firm (focus on financial services, tech, or retail preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish relationships
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results. Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving complex problems
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to operate autonomously and influence without authority
  • A strategic thinker who can also dive into the details to get things done, not afraid to get their hands dirty

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day engagement with network partners, driving execution against key strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and Legal to deliver partner integrations and launches,
  • Relentlessly pursue high-impact opportunities, driving impact from ideation and discovery to the P&L
  • Translate partner insights and industry trends into product and strategy recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and unblock execution.
  • Track and communicate progress against key initiatives, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
