Requirements

12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
Must have deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
A "True Hunter" mentality—motivated by the chase and the close
Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
Ability to command a room and mentor junior pursuit teams

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise accounts within the growing health, wellness, and lifestyle industries
Conduct high-stakes discovery and pitch presentations to C-suite stakeholders, articulating MERGE’s value proposition with clarity and confidence
Implement and maintain a disciplined sales process. You will be expected to manage a transparent, predictable, and data-driven lead-to-close lifecycle
Partner closely with additional stakeholders to ensure that "The Win" is backed by a sustainable operational plan
Act as a subject matter expert in health and wellness trends, positioning MERGE as the premier partner for brands looking to make a meaningful impact
