Fosters and deepens Business relationships that align with the OZK Way and Commercial Bank Vision Statement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the merchant services market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or job-related field, or commensurate work experience, required.
  • 7+ years of experience in business banking sales and client relations, required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business banking with a strong credit acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets, required.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team of business banking sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Utilize strong credit acumen to assess potential loans and risk.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share by expanding the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously advocate for and exemplify the “Better Together” guiding principle to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor performance regularly
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Evaluate sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Hiring, onboarding, leading, and educating Business Banking Relationship Managers.
