Sustainment Planning Lead

About The Position

This role is in Textron System’s Air Systems business area. This role will report to the Blackstone Site Operations Manager. We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will: Sustainment demand planning for deployed site spares and consumables. Support management of deployed site inventory objectives and inventory level management. Control Account Manager (CAM) duties in support of Air Systems inventory projects. Blackstone production and logistics scheduling. Support Warehouse Supervisor with Subject Matter Expertise on shipping logistics and import / export compliance matters. Work collaboratively with Production Planning team to ensure excellent support to deployed operations. Other duties as assigned by Site Operations Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3+ years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience with UAV systems, configuration specialization, project planning, etc.
COLTS and ARMS knowledge
Eligible to obtain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

college education preferred with a degree in supply chain or a related field
Microsoft Excel and Power BI knowledge is a plus
