We are looking to hire 2 Early Career Technicians focusing on either Epitaxy or CVD AMAT Producer toolset 5 days a week (M-F) on Swing Shift schedule. This role involves sustaining either an Epitaxy or Producer toolset by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots through the DMR system, addressing equipment issues, and performing process tuning. The technician will provide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by the process owner, and monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC. They will determine the root cause of process issues and make improvements. The role also requires the ability and willingness to move to a compressed work week shift once business needs conclude.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both in team setting and independently with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and problem solving in a high-volume production facility
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
  • Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Ability to be adaptable, self-motivate, and learn new skills
  • Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts
  • Highschool degree or GED

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline
