About The Position

The Sustaining Engineer provides technical and analytical support to the Product Development Engineering team and serves as a resource across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as products move into production and distribution. The role supports products throughout their lifecycle, including initial launch, ongoing maintenance, performance upgrades, and product line modifications. It also provides guidance to less experienced team members and escalates complex, unresolved issues to higher-level technical leadership.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM–3:00 PM. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis; employment-related sponsorship is not anticipated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee); employment-related sponsorship is not anticipated.

Nice To Haves

• 3D modeling.
• Mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand technical documents and writing.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic digital logic.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Product Development Engineering team.
• Serve as a central resource for design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing during product transitions into production and distribution.
• Support products through launch, ongoing maintenance, performance upgrades, and product line modifications.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced team members.
• Promptly escalate complex, unresolved issues to higher-level technical leadership.
• Contribute independently or perform project work requiring advanced subject matter expertise, disciplinary experience, and effective decision-making.
• Apply company policies and standard protocols to assignments and issues of limited scope.
• Use judgment within standard practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
• Build stable working relationships within the organization and work under limited supervision.
