This role is critical to maintaining high-reliability products used in aerospace and defense applications, ensuring continued operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–7+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with emphasis on analog circuit design
  • Direct experience with synchro/resolver technology, including excitation, signal conditioning, and decoding techniques
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design (amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, precision signal chains)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot circuits at component and system level using standard lab equipment
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent)
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status.
  • Some positions involve sensitive customer contracts and require U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability electronics environments preferred
  • Experience with Analog Devices Blackfin DSP programming or embedded processing platforms
  • Understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques related to resolver-to-digital conversion
