Our line of business is growing and our client base is expanding quickly. We are seeking a Sustainable Mobility Specialist with the skills and interest to conduct targeted community outreach, data analysis, presentation and report development, and contribute to team strategy for various projects. You will mostly support projects for New York State but may have opportunities to support projects in other states or at the Federal level. You should have a background or interest in sustainable transportation and air quality. You must be comfortable speaking with leaders of other organizations and spearheading initiatives and partnerships. ICF encourages independent thinkers and workers, and we are looking for individuals who bring new perspectives to every project. Your most important responsibilities will be to foster relationships with various employers or organizations and to lead and/or support meetings and public events to promote programs and strategies focusing on the use of sustainable transportation modes, including ridesharing, microtransit, micromobility, transit, electric vehicles, etc. You will analyze and synthesize data to contribute to team strategies designed to increase the adoption and deployment of sustainable transportation modes. You will also develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to reporting efforts and business development pursuits, and write about sustainable transportation. Some travel may be required within the region for meetings and events. Events may happen during the daytime or occasional evening and/or weekend hours. This position offers the potential for advancement and growth.
