About The Position

Alamos is a Canadian-based intermediate gold producer with diversified production from three operations in North America. This includes the Island Gold District and Young-Davidson mine in northern Ontario, Canada, and the Mulatos District in Sonora State, Mexico. Additionally, the Company has a strong portfolio of growth projects, including the Phase 3+ Expansion at Island Gold, and the Lynn Lake project in Manitoba, Canada. This role will own and lead the overall IsoMetrix project plan across the company, including timeline, scope, resourcing, and risk management, acting as the primary liaison with the IsoMetrix vendor. It involves engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals, standards, and system design, and leading change management strategy and communications across the organization. The role also oversees system calibration, including workflow setup, user permissions, reporting tools, and dashboards, and builds in feedback loops to evolve the platform. Performance monitoring and reporting on adoption, usage, data quality, and performance metrics is also a key responsibility, along with providing structure, coaching, and support to Site-Based IsoMetrix Champions to ensure alignment and drive local adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology implementations from initiation to adoption.
  • Understands how digital tools intersect with operational processes, data flows, and organizational culture.
  • Able to build trust and alignment across the Company and with site leadership. A strong facilitator and communicator.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves, troubleshoot technical and adoption issues, and provide direct support to end users and Site Champions.
  • Experience driving system-related behavioural change in operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the overall IsoMetrix project plan across the company, including timeline, scope, resourcing, and risk management. Act as the primary liaison with the IsoMetrix vendor
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, H&S, Environment, Operations) to align on goals, standards, and system design
  • Lead change management strategy and communications across the organization. Ensure leaders and end users understand the “why,” and are equipped to engage with the new system
  • Oversee system calibration, including workflow setup, user permissions, reporting tools, and dashboards. Build in feedback loops and evolve the platform based on operational and user needs
  • Track adoption, usage, data quality, and performance metrics. Report progress to senior leadership and escalate blockers or gaps
  • Provide structure, coaching, and support to Site-Based IsoMetrix Champions. Ensure alignment of system use and configuration across sites, and that Champions are equipped to drive local adoption
