The position promotes awareness of Williams Sonoma’s social compliance program expectations to Brand Merchants, vendor local country teams, and factories through regular trainings and communications. It involves building effective relationships with external and internal business partners to optimize and sustain the supply chain across the region. The role also supports the social impact manager with the implementation of worker wellbeing programs in the market.
