About The Position

Many government agencies require property owners to actively measure and manage their environmental impact, with non-compliance resulting in substantial penalties and fines. Our Energy Solutions team directly supports clients in maintaining regulatory compliance and achieving sustainability goals. As a Sustainability Solutions Setup Specialist, you will ensure client profiles are accurately configured in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and that utility data flows seamlessly across all accounts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an office, administrative, or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing or client-servicing roles.
• Clear, professional, and responsive written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proven time-management habits.
• Ability to remain composed, constructive, and effective under pressure or tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to set up, configure, and transfer property profiles in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
• Audit and verify account setups completed by peers to maintain high data integrity.
• Proactively identify data gaps and escalate unresolved information requests to ensure project continuity.
• Assist in ongoing maintenance and updates of ENERGY STAR account configurations.
• Perform additional operational duties and special projects as assigned.
