About The Position

As a Sustainability Capital Projects and Infrastructure Associate, you will engage with clients to guide them towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to projects that span strategy, operations, technology, and risk management, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their objectives. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in capital program excellence, focusing on large-scale projects involving significant investments in infrastructure and facility expansions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Data Science & Analytics, Risk Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
