About The Position
Determine and assess bike tuning requirements to derive optimum riding experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Proficient with the computer applications and technical equipment used in the Service Center.
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Available for occasional travel
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Perform a “Factory Level” Paid or Warranty service on both Aftermarket and OEM suspension (Forks, Shocks, and/or Dropper seat posts).
- Provide Service Writer with an estimate for the Paid/Warranty repair work needed for any product sent in after a complete evaluation of that product has been done.
- Change the tune of a suspension product based on the recommendation of a Service Writer, Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Work in the field to support Outdoor Events
