Sushi-san, a new sushi restaurant opening in Nashville from Chicago, will offer fresh fish daily. The menu, curated by Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan, will include signature maki, handrolls, San-Sets, nigiri, and sashimi, alongside Sizzling Rice, binchotan robata grilled dishes, and more. The restaurant will also feature a wide selection of sake and beer, with guests enjoying music from golden-era hip-hop. This marks the fourth location for Sushi-san and its first outside of Chicago.
