About The Position

Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls for sale in the store and assist customers with made-to-order and special requests. Work alongside experienced sushi chefs to learn traditional techniques and develop sushi preparation skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role requires availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends, with shifts starting as early as 5 a.m.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice.
Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely preparation.
Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction.
