Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Basic to intermediate math and computation skills are required.
- Skills to read, understand, and follow through on verbal and written instructions.
- Skills to exercise good judgment at all times.
- Skills to resolve conflicts and analyze a variety of situations to find a solution.
- Should have the ability to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities
- Prepares sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of people served.
- Prepares all sushi items according to company recipes.
- Prepares all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment.
- Serves customers with a smile and a willing attitude.
- Assures high sales through establishing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Follows the employee handbook at all times, especially on service standards and appearance.
- Meets and exceeds company standards in food, service, quality, and cleanliness at all times.
- Engages the customer in a friendly manner, shares product information, and assists in locating products throughout the store.
- Seeks opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance the customer experience.
