About The Position

We are hiring a Sushi Chef for a fast-paced sushi restaurant. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of sushi chef experience, excellent knife skills, and knowledge of fish cutting. Speed and accuracy are required for this role.

Requirements

• 2 years of sushi chef experience.
• Knife skills.
• Knowledge of fish cutting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available Saturday nights.
• Must be available for full-time hours, Monday-Thursday, 10 AM to 6/8 PM.
