About The Position
The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant from the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is currently seeking candidates to join our opening culinary team. Sushi positions are available. The Honor Bar in Del Mar will open in mid-July 2026. We will offer pre-opening training and may have pre-opening work opportunities. Sushi Chefs: These positions involve precision, knife skills and high volume rolling with a focus on working with quality product.
