About The Position

We are seeking a Line Cook with a strong interest in sushi preparation to support a chef-driven kitchen offering Southern and eclectic cuisine. This role focuses on traditional line-cook responsibilities while incorporating sushi knowledge to support our raw bar and specialty offerings. You’ll be responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes on your station, maintaining consistency, speed, and exceptional quality. Those who excel take initiative to understand the flow of the entire kitchen and support teammates across stations—we succeed only as a team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organization, proper handling of raw fish and specialty ingredients, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced Back of House environment and bring a positive, focused, and collaborative attitude, we want to hear from you. Sushi experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated cooks who want to expand their skills. If you show up ready to learn, grow, and bring your best self to the kitchen, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Hall Management Group operates notable restaurants across South Carolina and Tennessee, including Halls Chophouse (Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Nexton, and Nashville), Halls Catch, Rita’s at Folly Beach, High Cotton, S.N.O.B., and Halls Signature Events. We strive to build a team of individuals who take pride in their craft and work together to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and service. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, a 50% dining discount, FSA/HSA options, a company-paid assistance program, a 401(k) with a 4% match, referral bonuses, and a supportive, growth-focused workplace. Please submit an up-to-date resume. We look forward to hearing from you. Let’s make something good happen today!
