About The Position

We are looking for an individual to join a growing company that specializes in performing surface profile surveys to determine the floor flatness and levelness of concrete floors. The survey will be performed according to various specifications required by the Materials Handling Industry. Once the survey is completed, the Surveyor will develop a survey report to be issued to the client, showing the results of the survey.

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer skills with experience in Excel is a must.
• An aptitude for math is essential for accurate measurements and calculations.
• A current and valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are required to interact with clients and coworkers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a testing, surveying, or construction position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surface profile surveys and assessments to determine concrete floor flatness and levelness.
• Develop comprehensive survey reports detailing findings to be presented to clients.
• Enter expenses through an expense app and maintain mileage sheets.
• Provide regular updates on project progression and any relevant issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project clarity and success.
• Perform travel to various job sites, often requiring extended periods away from home.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
