About The Position

Boskalis is seeking experienced surveyors to join their survey teams, which support complex marine and infrastructure projects in dredging, offshore energy, and other marine construction activities. Accurate survey data is crucial for successful project execution. Depending on experience, individuals may take on leadership roles or develop into Survey Party Chief (Offshore) or Chief Surveyor (Dredging) positions. The role involves working with advanced survey technologies and digital workflows on international projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in offshore, hydrographic, dredging or marine surveying.
• Experience with industry-standard survey software such as Qinsy, BeamworX or EIVA.
• Practical experience with multibeam, GNSS, acoustic positioning and survey data processing.
• A practical, solution oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• An EU passport due to project locations and visa requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to travel (within Europe, Middle East, Far East) on a fairly regular basis.
• Willingness to work on rotation schedule: 1:1 for offshore and 6:4 for land based projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform survey activities onboard vessels and project sites.
• Deliver accurate survey data and project deliverables.
• Support and mentor less experienced surveyors.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Work with advanced survey technologies and software.
