You’ll be working under a senior professional land surveyor who has a Large National Presence in the Land Surveying/Geospatial Industry. This mentorship is invaluable to the next up and coming Land Surveying Professional, that wishes to grow their career exponentially on a personal and national level here at CEC.

Requirements

8+ years of professional surveying experience
Professional Land Surveyor registration (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure with having Land Survey-in-Training (SIT)
Knowledge of technological advances, principles, techniques and practices of land surveying
Experience with survey project management; including preparation of proposals, tracking project budgets, and billing review
Ability to speak and write professionally
Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the survey practice
Ability to assist in growth of survey practice using marketing and networking technique

Nice To Haves

Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project, from the initial bid to the final invoice.

Responsibilities

Be the final word on technical excellence. You'll ensure our work is top-tier by running Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), setting the gold standard for office and field procedures.
Help our talented staff grow their careers through hands-on mentoring and training. You'll also be key in recruiting the next generation of all-star surveyors.
Take the reins on exciting projects from start to finish. This includes crafting proposals, keeping project budgets on track, and managing the finances.
