As a Survey Project Manager you will be responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple survey projects and personnel. We are looking for a candidate who will apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects. In this role you will review field measurements and direct and assist with preparation of survey documents. You will also perform, and direct field surveys as required by scheduling or for professional supervisory and quality control purposes. In this role, projects will be frequently associated with engineering projects for a wide variety of public and private clients the work includes boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, Right of Way Plats, CIC Plats, preparation of easements, topographic surveys, and construction staking.

Requirements

  • A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Professional Land Surveyor license
  • Working knowledge of surveying equipment and software (Trimble, AutoCAD Civil3D)
  • Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable at the Firm's standard rates.
  • A motor vehicle record (MVR) check is a standard condition of employment.
  • Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
