About The Position

Pennoni is seeking a Survey Project Manager with strong survey experience and a proven track record of success managing survey projects. Pennoni is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm founded more than five decades ago. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager.
• Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret Civil, Structural, and Architectural plans and drawings.
• Proven track record of successful survey project management
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson surveying platforms.
• Familiarity with Trimble hardware and software.
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
• Experience processing UAS and HDLS point clouds preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff for construction layout projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping.
• Perform QA/QC functions to assure deliverables meet company, State, and client standards.
• Development of cost estimates and preparation of technical reports and proposals for construction.
