About The Position

Growing Chicago based firm has a unique opportunity for a Survey Manager to join the team! This role involves leading a team of survey professionals, managing both field and office staff, and ensuring the quality of survey work. The Survey Manager will also be responsible for comparing project budgets, performing calculations and legal research, mentoring and developing staff, building and maintaining client relationships, and some field work. Business development and assisting in the growth of the group are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Survey experience
• PLS License
• Experience designing/managing projects with IDOT, City of Chicago and municipalities
• Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Proficient in MicroStation and/or Civil 3D preferred
• Trimble survey software equipment/software experience preferred
