About The Position
UTRS Civil and Environmental Engineering is currently seeking a Field Survey Technician to join our team! This position is located at our East Stroudsburg location.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
- Basic computer experience.
- Ability to handle weather conditions to work in the field.
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software products (Word, Excel, Outlook), a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist survey field crews with collecting survey data on all types of surveys including boundary, topographic and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys using GPS and robotic total stations.
- Assist Water/Wastewater Operator with daily site visits.
- Assist the design teams as necessary for both private and public civil and environmental engineering projects.
