About The Position
A fantastic opportunity with a family-oriented construction and design firm specializing in custom homes is currently available as a full-time permanent position in the Dayton, OH area for a Survey Crew Chief. This role would receive a generous base salary including OT, and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401K plan), along with other terrific perks including a company vehicle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading a survey team as a Crew Chief
- Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD ) and feature codes
- Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. ( Robotic Total Stations, GNSS etc.)
- Familiarity with topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS land survey, construction staking, and boundary surveys
Nice To Haves
- SIT or CST certification is a PLUS
