This position is responsible for the overall completion of the data processing phase of specific field survey projects. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Requirements

• TN visa classification eligibility

Responsibilities

• Performs topographic plotting, terrain modeling, plat preparation, note reduction and design file generation
• Perform office survey activities in accordance with Minimum Standards of Practice for Surveying
• Perform property owner and utility records research
• Performs office computations necessary for the completion of task assignments including QA/QC.
• Tracks job progress
• Coordinates information for stakeout services
• Analyzes raw data for mathematical closure and geometric accuracy
• Prepares finished grade sheets, topographic maps, records of survey, corner records and other survey reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned
