Requirements

• Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
• CST Level I or II (Office) certification preferred
• 3+ years of Surveying experience
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D (v. 2020-2024)
• Carlson Software preferred
• Must have boundary and right of way resolution experience
• Knowledge of surveying practices and procedures (Field & Office)
• Ability to read and interpret plats deeds, easements and plans
• Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in use of Microstation and OpenRoads

Responsibilities

• Preparing survey-related deliverables
• Project management in Construction, Boundaries, and Topographic Surveys
• Developing detailed construction plans and technical drawings
