Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Oklahoma City, is seeking an Experienced Land Surveying CAD Technician to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. Requirements
- 3+ years of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil experience
- Demonstrated experience processing survey data using Trimble Business Center
- Experience conducting field surveys
- Willingness to perform field/site visits as needed
- Valid driver's license required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with PLS CADD
Responsibilities
- Creating detailed survey drawings and maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Responsible for the full range of surveying products, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Route Surveys.
- Downloading, processing, and analyzing raw field data using surveying software, including Trimble Business Center (TBC).
- Handling control networks, field notes, and coordinate geometry computations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Preparing plats, legal descriptions, and easement exhibits for land subdivisions and conveyances.
- Working closely with field crews, project managers, and professional land surveyors to translate field data into professional, client-ready documents.
- Performing quality control checks on all drawings to ensure they meet CEC's high standards and adhere to project specifications.
