SURVEILLANCE SHIFT MANAGER

About The Position
Implements approved procedures, trains, schedules, and evaluates all surveillance personnel. Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for the Director.
Requirements
- Related work experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Surveillance experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Must be able to communicate with employees in a positive manner.
- Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
