About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Supervisor. This role requires a sharp eye for detail to monitor security systems and supervise officers on duty to ensure policies are followed. The position is located in North Randall, Ohio, with a set schedule of full-time, Monday through Friday, 3rd shift (12 a.m. to 8 a.m.). Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Security Supervisor background
• Valid driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Supervise your shift and ensure all policies are being followed
• Report any problems to the Manager
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
