About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a security team at one location. This role involves protecting client assets and property, requiring sharp observation skills and attention to detail. The position is based in Brecksville, Ohio, with a set schedule of full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. GardaWorld Security is a global leader in security solutions, committed to employing and training skilled professionals. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 YEARS OR MORE OF SECURITY MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
• MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Supervise and Monitor Security Officers
• Ensure Security Procedures are followed
• Reports to Client and GardaWorld Management
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
