About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to identify potential threats before they escalate. The role involves monitoring screens and security systems in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, while maintaining strong observation and concentration. The position is located in Tucson, Arizona, with a Thursday–Sunday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, totaling 32 hours per week. The hourly wage is $18.50. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold an Arizona Guard Card (required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
