About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, while maintaining a strong focus on detail and concentration.

The position is located in Columbus, Nebraska. It is full-time on a set second-shift schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday through Tuesday. The hourly wage is $18.72. A uniform is provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
