About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a site in Brookland, Ohio. The officer monitors security systems and screens to spot threats before they escalate, documents incidents, responds to potential threats, conducts patrols, controls access to secure areas, and helps protect people and property. The position is full-time, Friday through Monday, on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with an hourly wage of $18.16. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
